This course is designed for people who are nervous of being in water and would like to overcome this anxiety.
The classes will take account of each person’s issues, with an instructor to listen to you. The classes will alternate between speaking and gradual exercises in order to get gently into the water, which in this case is a balneotherapy pool heated to 32°C.
The aim is not to learn to swim but to feel at ease in the water.
